It may be recalled that earlier in December, the railways had banned locomotive drivers and assistant drivers from using mobile phones while traveling. They were also banned from taking selfies in all vehicles (passengers and luggage) and recording video and audio messages on their phones. The concerned department heads have been directed to keep an eye on the train crew members (especially the drivers and their assistants) and take immediate action if anyone violates the order.
